Would'nt it be nice if, just for once, things went according to plan?



I used to think that I was really lucky, living in the location that I do, having a really loving Dad, my Mum and I never got on, and, (although she is so ill, ) I still dont get along with her.



Now, since my dad passed away, I'm not so sure if I am that lucky.



Ok, there are people far worse off than me, but, just sometimes, I want an ordinary, easy-going life, no ties, well, accept my dearest daughter,to be able to do what the hell I want, when I want and with whom I want.



DO I THINK THAT WILL BE POSSIBLE???????

NO. that part of the luck of life I think I have lost or given up.



I have many friends, all of whom are long-standing friends, but, you cannot intrude on their lives.



I still enjoy VR, trying to get to know more people now, and finding my way around, I dont try to like everyone, and I'm sure that not everyone will like me, thats how life is.



I do enjoy making new friends, and, just now, this is the easiest way for me to do it, so I shall continue.

Have "things" finally cooled off now I ask myself? Is it that people have learnt their lesson, or are they being out-numbered? I do enjoy my time on VR, it is the highlight of my day, ( no I'm not sad, I care for a terminally ill person ), namely, my mother, so a little light relief is always welcome. By the way, I'm not looking for sympathy, just stating the facts, ( I think one should ), much better than just guessing what might be going on.

I hope I have made some friends, I know that I have one very true friend, and will always appreciate their help. I get a bit confused, ( probably my age lol ), and I am now in a Coven, that I enjoy soooooo much, who knows, one day I may be in an actual House

For the time, I will just sit back and await any further developments, lets hope there are'nt any. :D

It's amazing what I have read, and in some cases, learnt, during my short time on VR.



The thing that intrigues me most though, is this obsession that some people have of likening themselves to a "Terrior" dog. Let me explain.



Most "Normal" people like to get on with their lives, and, if they are mature enough, try and learn from their mistakes, (lets face it, most people can, I should think, relate to that), and then there are those people who are not so "normal", and somehow dont want to learn at all.



I categorise these people as "SAD", they also get others to do their "spying" for them, relating, like little puppy dogs, back to their owners, (what a waste of time that is).



I am 53 years young, and have witnessed both good and bad, but I have NEVER had to stoop to getting other people to do my sorting out for me, even when I was younger.



If someone has "supposedly" done someone a "wrong", fine, but why not keep it between the people concerned? I have never wanted to do anyone an injustice, (thougfh I probably have, albeit, inadvertantly), some people may think of themselves above others,......GET REAL, TAKE A REALITY CHECK, START GROWING UP, SORT YOUR OWN PROBLEMS OUT, DO NOT BE AN ASSHOLE, because, THATS WHAT PEOPLE WILL, AND PROBABLY, in some cases, DO THINK OF YOU.

Is'nt it amazing how some people view others, without even knowing who they are? I might be the oldest member of VR, (I'm quite proud of it actually!), but when certain people call me old enough to have probably known something or other about Henry Ford, (whoever that is), well, I do take exception.

Oh, yes, and that I needed to learn about PC's, does the person mean Political Correctness I ask myself? That person should, maybe look in his own back yard before having a go at me and MINE.

Thats the annoying thing, that person would be surprised who I know on VR, but, unlike that person, I dont bandy names about and make myself look stupid, I leave that to others.

You know who you are, I may live somewhere different from you, but that does'nt make me any different from you, and I dont threaten people either.
